A delicious, yogurt + strawberry sandwich treat that is perfect to cool you down on a hot summer day! A quick and easy-to-make homemade treat! These frozen, yummy sandwiches are made with yogurt, cool whipped topping, and strawberries, and placed between graham crackers!
Jump to Recipe- Cover a 9″x13″ baking pan with wax paper or plastic wrap.
2. Place 15 halved graham crackers on top of the waxed paper, lined baking pan (you may be able to fit 3 more quartered-crackers along the edge).
3. Chop up strawberries and place in medium size bowl.
4. Add yogurt on top of the strawberries.
5. And add whipped topping to the bowl.
6. Stir the strawberries, yogurt, and whipped topping until blended and smooth.
8. Pour your mixture over the graham cracker halves.
9. Top with graham crackers. Lastly, top with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.

Easy Frozen Yogurt + Strawberry Sandwich Treat (4 ingredients)
Ingredients
- 15 graham crackers broken in halves
- 2 cups strawberries chopped
- 16 oz. yogurt vanilla
- 8 oz cool whipped topping
Instructions
- Line a 9"x13" baking pan with wax paper.
- Line wax paper with 15 halved-graham crackers (you may be able to fit 3 more quarted-crackers along the edge).
- Place, strawberries, yogurt, and cool whipped topping in a medium bowl, and stir until smooth.
- Spread yogurt/strawberry mixture over the graham crackers, and top with remaining halved-crackers (15).
- Cover treats with plastic wrap, and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until the middles are firm.
- Cut to make 15 frozen strawberry yogurt sandwich treats! Let sit for 10 minutes to thaw just a tad, and eat! It can keep in the freezer in freezer bags, for 1-2 days.
