Ginger-Turmeric Lemonade
This refreshing Ginger-Turmeric Lemonade is great to boost immunity or digestion, and is made with pineapple to make a satisfying tropical flavor!
Ingredients
- 3-4 Large juicy lemons, juiced
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (or 2-inch fresh turmeric root, peeled)
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
- Optional: pinch of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil for better absorption of the turmeric
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender, blend until smooth, then pour and enjoy!
