Ginger-Turmeric Lemonade

This refreshing Ginger-Turmeric Lemonade is great to boost immunity or digestion, and is made with pineapple to make a satisfying tropical flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Large juicy lemons, juiced
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (or 2-inch fresh turmeric root, peeled)
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • Optional: pinch of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil for better absorption of the turmeric
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender, blend until smooth, then pour and enjoy!
