Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
This is the perfect treat to hit that sweet craving! This Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough can be baked or no-baked and is packed with protein to give a little more nutrition and to keep you full!
Equipment
- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup all-natural peanutbutter
- 3 TBSP Peanutbutter powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (plus some for drizzling)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender.
- Fold in *chocolate chips, and mix.
- Move to a bowl, and drizzle with a tablespoon of maple syrup and more chips if you desire ( see notes below for baking option!).
Notes
*Smaller chocolate chips may be better in this recipe as they are less to chew.
*You can also bake this dough, if you would like to do so then roll dough into balls & bake @ 375deg for 12 mins and top with flaky sea salt!Â
