Homemade Healthier Ranch Dressing
Creamy, flavorful homemade ranch to use as a salad dressing, veggie dipping, or drizzling!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4-1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (blend in blender to mix together)
- 1 tsp. parsley dried
- 2 tsp dill dried
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chives dried
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the whole can of coconut milk in the blender and blend until combined and smooth. Use 1/4-1/3 cup of ranch and save the rest for another time.
- Combine coconut milk, mayo, parsley, dill, garlic, onion powder, chives, salt, and ground pepper in a blender. Blend until combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Store in refrigerater in a covered container for up to 7 days.
Notes
Another option for this recipe is just to add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
