Homemade Healthier Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4-1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (blend in blender to mix together)
  • 1 tsp. parsley dried
  • 2 tsp dill dried
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chives dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the whole can of coconut milk in the blender and blend until combined and smooth. Use 1/4-1/3 cup of ranch and save the rest for another time.
  • Combine coconut milk, mayo, parsley, dill, garlic, onion powder, chives, salt, and ground pepper in a blender. Blend until combined.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Store in refrigerater in a covered container for up to 7 days.

Notes

Another option for this recipe is just to add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
