Mixed Berry Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 12 oz fresh blueberries
- 8 oz fresh blackberries
- 4 oz fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 limes zested and juiced
- 2 TBSP fresh mint leaves chopped
Instructions
- Rinse all berries and place in a large bowl.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and stir or wisk to combine well.
- Pour the juice mixture over the berries and gently toss to combine well.
