Mixed Berry Salad
A beautiful, simple, fresh salad of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries in fresh squeezed lime and mint! This berry salad is perfect for any potluck, BBQ, grill-out, side dish, dessert, topping, or just for snacking!

- 16 oz fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 12 oz fresh blueberries
- 8 oz fresh blackberries
- 4 oz fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 limes zested and juiced
- 2 TBSP fresh mint leaves chopped
Rinse all berries and place in a large bowl.
Place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and stir or wisk to combine well.
Pour the juice mixture over the berries and gently toss to combine well.
