Mixed Berry Salad

A beautiful, simple, fresh salad of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries in fresh squeezed lime and mint! This berry salad is perfect for any potluck, BBQ, grill-out, side dish, dessert, topping, or just for snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 12 oz fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz fresh blackberries
  • 4 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 limes zested and juiced
  • 2 TBSP fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Rinse all berries and place in a large bowl.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and stir or wisk to combine well.
  • Pour the juice mixture over the berries and gently toss to combine well.
